Then…
We’ll send you a spanking new replacement, free of charge! And the best part? If you prefer a refund instead, you don’t have to bother sending the wrong or damaged item back. Save yourself the return shipping hassle!

For refund requests, make sure to reach out within 15 days after the 20-day delivery window has passed. Remember, after 35 days, refunds and exchanges are off the table.
If your refund request gets the green light, expect it to land back in your account or original payment method within 7 business days. Easy peasy!
