Heads up, you can only modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, our packing ninjas get to work and stopping them is like wrangling kittens!

Payment options:
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and everyone’s favorite online wallet, PayPal. Sorry, but personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, and cash on delivery are a no-go.

For personalized items, give us 5-7 business days to work our magic. Then, expect your order to arrive in 5-8 business days for the US and 20-25 business days internationally. Remember, customs can sometimes throw a wrench in the delivery schedule, so patience is key!

If you need to return something, just contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Tell us your order number and why you’d like to return the item. Make sure everything is in its original condition and packaging, like it never left the box!
